TSI Plastics’ complete line of Brown & Sharp, and SWISS screw machines are capable of
producing turned parts up to 6.00” diameter. We are capable of running small prototype quantities
of just a few pieces up to large production runs of 1000’s of pieces in a single run.
The range of materials used in our processes include but not limited to Teflon, PVC, Acrylic,
Nylatron, Vespel, Lexan, HDPE, PEEK and PPS, laminate materials such as G-10 epoxy and Phenolic.
